Who we are
This website is run by CITRAVA GLOBAL, registered in the Netherlands (KVK 42157675). For any question about your personal information, email info@citravaglobal.nl.
What we collect and why
- Contact and booking forms: your name, email address and message, and, if you give them, your phone number, organisation and preferred date. We use these only to answer you and to arrange the programme you ask about.
- Newsletter: your email address, so that we can send you new articles and programme announcements. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- Security: the IP address of a form submission, to protect the website against spam and misuse.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and embedded content
This website does not place advertising or tracking cookies. Videos from services such as YouTube, Vimeo or Facebook, and the Google map on the contact page, are loaded only when you choose to play or show them; those services may then set their own cookies. Our forms use a security check from Cloudflare to tell people from automated programs.
Who helps us run the website
We use trusted service providers to host and protect the website and to deliver email. They handle information only on our instructions.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and our working relationship with you, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.
Photographs, testimonials and stories
We publish a participant’s photograph, testimonial or personal story only with that person’s permission. If you appear on this website and would like something removed, please email us.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@citravaglobal.nl. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
